1. NON-MEMBER COMPLAINTS
We may not be able to resolve the complaint however the data will be stored for research & media purposes.
You may be contacted to further discuss your complaint to support our ongoing bid to raise awareness within the general public.
2. COMPLAINTS ABOUT MLA MEMBERS
We will ensure the right action is undertaken to ensure the complaint is resolved in line with our standard complaints procedure, a formal complaint against a member must be put in writing.

We would advise you contact trading standards with details on your complaint and if required your local MLA Approved Locksmith may be able to assist with equivalent quotes/details of the work you required.

We strongly recommend you contact your local MP to let them know about your experience with the locksmith and to express your concerns regarding the lack of regulation and monitoring in the industry.
